@Parvinder
I don't much idea about taxation for income from business. Please consult any CA or income tax professional regarding the same.
I am actually a Techie, writes blogs out of my interest in personal finance and sharing whatever knowledge I have.

@Deb
For Home loan interest part deduction, you will have to fill ITR-2 and provide interest amount value under Interest payable on borrowed capital.
For principal part, provide it under 80C.

@Ram
Yes, you can invest whole amount of 60K in mutual funds. I would also recommend that first you get a term insurance also, in case you don't have one, for a cover for atleast 60-70 times your monthly salary.
Among mutual funds, you can invest in ICICI Pru Tax plan, Birla Tax relief, Franklin India Taxshield, HDFC Tax saver and Sundaram BNP Paribas Taxsaver.

@Muthusethupathy
You can get deduction under section 80U. You should have a disability certificate from a medical officer.
If disability is more than 40% you can get 50,000 deduction and If its more than 80% (severe) then you will get 75,000 deduction.
