My pF No is BR/pat/0010822/0001653 but i check the pf amount is invalid account show what am i doing so correct the PF no .
I also tried. On selecting the office , It brings me back to the page “http://www.epfindia.com/MembBal.html” . Do I need to log in some where? Why this happens? or is this any software bug ?

Brothers, Try to understand, This is the Govt website, It will never give proper result/output or will work fine. It will always puzzle you. Think we are living in such a county where the ruling govt crushes those people who protest corruption then what we can expect from such a helpless govt website. If you will register a complain today then your great grand son will do get resolution for that.
You are absolutely right bro skp. Not only on this website it happens with any govt websites it repeatedly shows one or the other errors in terms of funds related govt sites specially.No resolution from anywhere.

you can follow below steps:
to get your epf bal try this:
ur EPF A/C NO.(KR\KC\15076\8503 )
1. http://www.epfindia.com/MembBal.html
2. Select PF Office State : KERALA
3. As per your location click on kOCHI
4. Employee PF Account Number*
first box – kr
second box – location (3 character) kch
third box – 15076
fourth box – leave this blank
fith box – 8503
5. enter Name (as appears in EPF Slip) : ……
6. enter Mobile : your mobile number 8056035975
7. place tick in the box to Agree
8. click on submit
Now you can get your EPF balance on your mobile number. Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation has launced a website which can give your EPF balance. Here are the steps.
1) Go to http://www.epfindia.com/MembBal.html ( http://www.epfindia.com/)
2) Select your EPFO Office where PF account it maintained.
3) Enter your PF Account Number – Don’t enter Extension (4th field). Identifying the correct value in each field is little complicated.
Example : Bangalore PF Account Number format = KN/12345/9876 then just enter 12345 in 3rd field, 4th field blank and 9876 in 5 th field in PF account number as shown below.
4) Enter your Mobile and Name, Accept Terms and condition and Submit.
You will get SMS alert from EPFO : EE amount : Rs XXXXX and ER amount Rs:XXXXX as on (Account updated upto ). Source

For some of pf a/c you get invalid account, if they have not updated data for those, Like I’ve 3 different pf account for one I’m getting the EE and ER, but other two ” invalid account”.

2. Select PF Office State : UTTRAKHAND
3. As per your location click on Haldwani or Dehradun
But as per above info by you, your option for 2. should be Uttar Pradesh and not Uttrakhand
So try Uttar Prdesh first instead of Uttrakhand
the selet location any of kanpur, bariely, lucknow, gorakpur, allabhad, varanasi, agra, merrut, noida. (select on location of ur office, as your office pay this in epf office)

Dear Pankaj, I have received a response to my grievance from PF Office in PUNE stating that ‘Member Reissue application rejected as joint bank A/C not acceptable.’.
This is an eye opener for all the EPF menbers how an EPF office can harrase the subscribers when it comes to withdrawals.
