EPFO (Employees Provident Fund Organization) is now moving to electronic payment system. PF refund amount will now be credited directly into member’s bank account through NEFT (National Electronic Find Transfer).
Currently department issues cheque and post it to member’s address, the process takes up to a month and leads to a large number of complaints. EPFO will also collect the mobile numbers of the members so that it could send SMS alerts informing about credit of the pension amount.

Dear Sir,
My EPF A/C No. HR/27853/08 Employer of Jai Surgiacs Ltd.B-3 Infocity Sector 33 & 34 Gurgaon. I had submitted my application for the withdrawal of my EPF amount at the EPF Office, Gurgaon, Haryana on 05.04.2010 receipt for which is available with me but the EPF amount has not been received in my bank. No reply form both said.
