EPFO (Employees Provident Fund Organization) is now moving to electronic payment system. PF refund amount will now be credited directly into member’s bank account through NEFT (National Electronic Find Transfer).
Currently department issues cheque and post it to member’s address, the process takes up to a month and leads to a large number of complaints. EPFO will also collect the mobile numbers of the members so that it could send SMS alerts informing about credit of the pension amount.

Hi sir Hi iam Shaik Ali Ahmad iam a ex employee of future retail limited sir I am applied my pf settlement claim forms 19,10c on 22 may after some days I checked my claim status in claim status shows settled but I didn’t not get amount and after some days back I again checked my claim status in my status showing settled but returned so was I check my deatils and I found the mistake that mistake is in my bank account number in one number is missed so was my claim is settled but returned so was l linked my another new bank account to my UAN and I applied once my pf claim Form 19,10c on 14 Jun after some days I checked my claim status in my status showing rejected reason is all ready settled ok is showing in my status so was I asked our district PF officer that person told me u can give grievance and u can apply once and I gived grievance and applied once on 1 July and checked my status is showing rejected reason is ok already settled. I worked pantaloons 13year back I don’t remember contact how to get EPF
My mother was a teacher in a private school and retired on 30.04.2019. The school given their epf work to a third party service provider. I have applied to link pan and adhaar but they are not approving it. Then I send offline form to epf they returned form with a covering letter stating that they will take action against member and the employer if offline forms send to them.. Now what should I do?
