EPFO (Employees Provident Fund Organization) is now moving to electronic payment system. PF refund amount will now be credited directly into member’s bank account through NEFT (National Electronic Find Transfer).
Currently department issues cheque and post it to member’s address, the process takes up to a month and leads to a large number of complaints. EPFO will also collect the mobile numbers of the members so that it could send SMS alerts informing about credit of the pension amount.

I had resigned from Ramprashta Builder 7 Aug 1998 till date I have not received my PF. Many times I have submitted but every time they sending back my form with several reasons. My PF No. is DL 11717/11. Again I deposited with signed by Employer and Bank officer on 27/12/11. The reason they producing that employer not signed correctly. But when we go to Employer he told me that there was no mistake in my sign.

I have applied pf withdrawal through IndusInd Bank ltd, in the month of February 2011, and the same was received by pf regional office, bandra, on 11.05.2011. Till now I have not received any information/confirmation in this regard.
