EPF refund status

In case, you are not happy with status of your withdrawal/refund application, you may contact EPF office. You may find address/phone number on this link: http://www.epfindia.com/epfo_directory.htm

If they also do not listen, launch a complaint on this website: http://epfigms.gov.in/

EPFO (Employees Provident Fund Organization) is now moving to electronic payment system. PF refund amount will now be credited directly into member’s bank account through NEFT (National Electronic Find Transfer).

Currently department issues cheque and post it to member’s address, the process takes up to a month and leads to a large number of complaints. EPFO will also collect the mobile numbers of the members so that it could send SMS alerts informing about credit of the pension amount.

  3. Sir i have requested for refun of EPF A/c No/ HR/GGN/29045-09 as on 27/01/2010 but no response have come from your side tell me in which time refund will credit in my a/c a soon as possible.

    My EPF A/C No. HR/27853/08 Employer of Jai Surgiacs Ltd.B-3 Infocity Sector 33 & 34 Gurgaon. I had submitted my application for the withdrawal of my EPF amount at the EPF Office, Gurgaon, Haryana on 05.04.2010 receipt for which is available with me but the EPF amount has not been received in my bank. No reply form both said.

    Triveni Shanker Srivastava Worked with Nutrine Confectionary Company Pvt Ltd. Company have deducted EPF but not given A/c No I wash given application With Salary Slip Appointment Latter Bank Statement & other docs at EPF Head office Bhikaji Kama Place New Delhi Office & Office given 3 Reminder With PGHS No 1000229 on Dated 08/01/2010,29/03/2010 & 20/04/2010 But still i have not received my EPF Claim
    Plz Look the matter & take action As required

  15. I am looking for detail of funds available in my P F account.Please guide how can i do this online.
    I also wish to apply for refund of my PF as I have retired a year back .How can I do this on line?

    • @Pradeep
      There is no online way to get that. Ask you employer for annual EPF statement.
      For PF refund, online application cannot be filed and you have fill and deposit a hard copy form to PF office.

  16. dear sir it is already submitted all Paper’s at bhika ji kama place office on dated 10/01/2010 with PGHS no 1000229 and bhika ji office given two reminder in march & April but still not found any response from PF Office may be company did not deposited amount in my pf account

  17. EPF ONLINE STATUS IS NOT UPDATING.
    THEN HOW CAN EMPLOYEES BENEFIT THROUGH THIS SYSTEM
    CAN IT BE RECTIFIED
    HIGHER OFFICIALS HAVE TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO RECTIFY THE SYSTEM

    Myself Mr. Sandeep Kumar, S/O Sh. Paras Nath, working in BAJAJ ALLINAZ GEN. INS. CO. LTD., through SANJAY MAINTENANCE SERVICES PVT. LTD. My P.F. no. is DL/38382/01071. My Date of Joining is 1st April, 2008. My leaving date is 31 Aug. 2009. I have submitted by documents by hand in P.F. office, to withdraw my P.F. on Dt. 08TH Oct. 2010. Till date there is no updation in website of P.F. against my P.F. no. is DL/38382/01071. Please confirm the status at the earliest.

    Would you know of any agents / brokers in EPFO Kandivali / EPFO Mumbai. Short of physically moving my file , I have tried everything and it does not work in getting my PF .
