EPFO (Employees Provident Fund Organization) is now moving to electronic payment system. PF refund amount will now be credited directly into member’s bank account through NEFT (National Electronic Find Transfer).
Currently department issues cheque and post it to member’s address, the process takes up to a month and leads to a large number of complaints. EPFO will also collect the mobile numbers of the members so that it could send SMS alerts informing about credit of the pension amount.

My refund cheque dispatched by speed post on 31 January 2013 according to online refund status .but my dispatced cheque has not come on 22 February2013. i have contect concerning our post office and post man then he talks that your cheque has not com now. please help and suggest me immediately

i, syed younus worked at Tecpro systems ltd for 5 years. we had left the company last year aug 2012, i had received 19 withdraw but not yet received 10c.I got the reply from EPF is insufficient funds but my company people are saying from our side no issues.but still now we had not rectified problem where it is happened.
