EPFO (Employees Provident Fund Organization) is now moving to electronic payment system. PF refund amount will now be credited directly into member’s bank account through NEFT (National Electronic Find Transfer).
Currently department issues cheque and post it to member’s address, the process takes up to a month and leads to a large number of complaints. EPFO will also collect the mobile numbers of the members so that it could send SMS alerts informing about credit of the pension amount.

I am retired from the services of the Divisional Manager FDCM Ltd GONDIA on 30th june 2010. Some amount of arrears of my wages due to revision of pay and allowances was due to the Employer at the time of my retirement. Probable amount was about Rs.250000/-.And hence I have maintained my EPF Account standing. I had not withdrawn the amount from my EPF Account having NO.MH/NAG/16969/953;because receipt of wages was confirmed,and hence deductions of EPF Employee’s share and Employer’s share has to be done by the employer. Now the arrears of wages has been granted by the Employer but the concerned Drawing and Disbursing officer has denied to deduct the provident fund contribution from the wages,as well as not to remit the Employer’s share on contribution.I had already requested the EPF RO Nagpur to give instructions to the Divisional Manager FDCM Ltd.GONDIA.But the action has not been taken as yet.Though I am retired from services but the amount being received is part and partial of my wages for which I had rendered my services to the employer.As well as I had not closed my EPF account.An amount of about Rs.165000/-is in the balance to my PF account.
It is therefor requested to give necessary instructions to the said employer to deduct the provident fund amount from my due wages and remit the same along with the Employer’s share to PF Commissioner, so that I may get proper justice. Thanking you sir.

hi Raj normally it takes 1 to 10 working days max for pf amount (EPF+EPS)to credit after approval.

We have worked in M/s Sai Satya Surya Electrical & Other Works, Hyderabad from 01-10-2009 to 31.05.2011. During the period the contractor had deducted EPF contribution every month from my salary.
Several times I requested M/s Sai Satya Surya Electrical & Other Works for EPF statement. M/s Sai Satya Surya Electrical Works has replied that he had submitted all the returns in the EPF deportment and the EPF deportment has to issue EPF statements. But when I approached EPF deportment, the EPF deportment replied that to contact M/s Sai Satya Surya Electrical & Other Works.
Hence it is requested to look into to the issue and solve the problem so that I can withdraw amount from my account.

Today I had gone to my banker – United Bank of India, Behala Branch to submit my life certificate for getting the pension regularly. They have given one format for filling it up and return to them. In that form one is PPO no., I failed to give the form in absence of this PPO number. After a great difficulty, I got the same from their one list, which is WB/CAL/00073312. This document I did’nt got from my Banker. As per them, they asked me to contact the PF Office for availing this document. That is the original document for which I will get the pension from the Provident Fund.
You are, requested to kindly allow to send the document from the PF Office for which I shall be ever grateful to you.
