I m not able to login to my a/c when I am entering our K.No 2223017035. It is showing error that invalid K.No. while K.No is correct as per bill & as per your Advance search option detail.

I have brought new house in Gurgoan. Electricity and water meters are on the name of seller. I want to transfer them on my name. How can I proceed for that.. Do you have any idea..

Please visit electricity office and fill form for connection transfer. You may have to get new connection in your name after existing owner surrenders his connection.
I just found that site is giving troubles in online payment when opened in Mozilla & Chrome. In IE , it works but it hangs if you want to payment through ICICI Bank internet banking.
Solution:
1. Open it in Mozilla. click “Online Payment”>”Make Payment”
2. open a new tab in mozilla
3. paste url in address bar – http://202.56.120.172/elpsoftmis/WebPages/ConsumerOnlineTest.aspx
4. Now you can proceed as normal and make payment.
Note: This worked only in mozilla.
Thanks Pankaj. Yes it worked.I have been looking for this site from last 3 months but always on make payment button it just go back to home button.It was a POP up blocked issue.

I have logged in to the site and found that the current bill dated 5th June 2013 is not featuring in my account. Pls inform what needs to be done.

It takes sometime (4-5 days) for department to upload bills online. I am sure by now you would be able to see bill online.

Pls tell us the on line process to pay the bill for industrial consumer.
