Please visit electricity office and fill form for connection transfer. You may have to get new connection in your name after existing owner surrenders his connection. - @Shallu
Please verify the actual meter reading and what’s mentioned on bill. If there is a difference, you can complain in electricity office. - @Vipin

the electricity sub-station carterpuri is not behaving well with the electricity faults as a result of which domestic quarrels take place and the buisness enviorment in the millenium city of gurgaon suffers state tax loss and the law of land comes to the h.u.d.a.
please imrovise the electricity in contacts with reliance energy under mr. ambani!

फरीदाबाद की सडकों पर हर रोज लोग पीने के पानी की फ़रियाद करते फिर रहे हैं | बिजली का तो हाल ही मत पूँछिये घर के टीवी कंप्यूटर को सही सलामत बचना मुश्किल हो गया है बार बार कही हर घंटे कभी घंटे में तीन कट लगने के कारण फूंक रहे हैं और शहर नेता मंत्री चंडीगढ़ के आलीशान बंगलों में बैठकर तमाशा देख रहे हैं | चुनाव के वक्त जनता की तीन मांगें जादातर होती हैं बिजली ,पानी. सड़क पर शहर की किस्मत में यही तीन चीजें नहीं है | अगर इसी तरह तमाशा चलता रहा तो शहर शहर राम भरोषे रह जाएगा |

Hi.. Please do not use dhbvnl site for doing online payment (since it is still in Beta stage). I used this site to pay my Bill on 2nd Jan 2009. The amount was debited from my account but the site is still showing that amount as outstanding. Sent a mail also but of no use. I didn’t get any reply till today. There is no phone number mentioned in the site where I can contact. Can somebody help please.

I also had same issue and have paid on 2nd Jan 2010. I have contacted Mr. Anil Bolan (AGM/Banking Collection) on his number 9812452555. He is saying that it will be rectified in 3-4 days. Amount is there is their account.

The easy bill mechanism has created problem multiple times because they fail to deliver on time and then you need to constantly track them…I was really banking on the online system for viewing and paying bills. It pushes the middle man out of the equation, and makes the whole process clean.

Last time I talked to Mr. Anil Bolan (AGM/Banking Collection) on his number 9812452555, he said that they are facing some issues on technical side and disabling the online payment feature for now.
I had been paying only thru online system since it started, Now I have to again go back to manual submission at their payment center.

On-line payment of electricity bills for DHBVN has been temporarily disabled due to some technical issues.
However, there is no service tax/charge involved in case the payment is done online.
If there is a cut in electricity then there is a pronlem trying to pay online. They should ensure no cuts before tring to improve other parts of the service.

On line payment site shows that HDFC bank site is out of order &hence bill payment not accepting.
