It takes sometime (4-5 days) for department to upload bills online. I am sure by now you would be able to see bill online. - @Narinder

Please visit electricity office and fill form for connection transfer. You may have to get new connection in your name after existing owner surrenders his connection. - @Shallu
Please verify the actual meter reading and what’s mentioned on bill. If there is a difference, you can complain in electricity office. - @Vipin

You can get receipt of payment on website itself. Click on ‘Online payment details’ link on left side menu and then click on ‘Details’ on a payment record. You may take print on receipt page.
Thanks!!! However, if you get an error message but the pmnt gets processed from the bank, hw do you go about resolving it?
The site says the receipt should get uploaded in 3 days if there has been an error message and that such occurence should be reported to Discom email id.. what is that id? would you happen to knw that? Thanks!!!

Most probably it would automatically show-up in online payments receipts section.
If still it does not appear, you may send issue to email Id: [email protected]

I have tried all methods but not able to pay my bill online. With K NO, it says it is invalid. With A/c no. it says office code isnt correct, With Bill no. it says no consumer information. Can u pls help me out in this.

Few observations on my latest bill –
1. While making online payments, make sure that your Pop up blocker is switched off for this site.
2. SR No given is a mix of Sub Division – Ledger no – Account no … e.g. G026-BD01-9999
3. Bill no. is written against DTR no, which is 8 digits long

Please make sure popup blocker is turned off for this website. New payment window is launched in pop-up and is blocked by most of the browsers by default.
I paid my bill thru netbanking at 1430 today 3rd october. Amt debited from my bank. After 2 hrs DHBVNL site still not showing payment. How long one is supposed to wait?

It may take 2-3 days in some cases for DHBVN website to show paid amount.
Please wait for 2-3 days and check it again.

As of now, there is no option to make partial payment online.
Gurgaon electricity offices won’t accept payment for Faridabad, I believe.

I think, electricity office would accept partial bill payment.
You should write a complaint letter for bill discrepancy, have two copies, submit one copy there and get recieving on other copy as a proof.
They have customer care centers in electricity office, submit complaint there.

As per your records, Office (subdiv) code should be No 2 Faridabad (F22), Ledger No: CC16 and Acc no: 1361.
But website does not show any record for same.
Their other website (http://117.240.241.205/dhbvnbill/Default.aspx) accepts these value and shows bill but there is no option for bill payment.
Looks like customers who have not been allotted K.No. are not able to pay bills online yet.

Also, please note that online payment is only available for Faridabad, Gurgaon and Hisar Town.
How much extra charges? If payment is made through Debit Card/
