Getting offer and entering in sapient is easy.
Your real tech testing start after that in projects, while you are on bench.
And remember being on bench very risky.

You may be asked to resign at any point of time.
Sapient just talk good cultured company.
But fact is that all are fake to impress you.

Better work in good cultured company and never blood sucker company sapient.
Here employee are asked to work late night and weekends to increase revenue by charging more hours to clients.

Let me give you some realistic example.
There is a manager Ankur Srivastava in Target project.
He says directly to work late night and weekends every week, else says resignation letter template is there sign and give me else i want to terminate, no roll off.

People are just working to save their bread and butter, not like they are enjoying work.

Hi All,
I also got an offer from Sapient this saturday. After reading this blog i forced to think should i join or not. currently i m working in IBM but getting very less salary compare to What sapient is offering. Pls suggest me, should i join sapient or not.

donot trust any body not even me do what u think is good for ur future cz its urs futures of course u cannot be just dependent on some comments about which u r not even sure whether these are fake or real…………

wanna know some facts about a company go and talk to the employees of the company by face …….spend some time by doing something concrete not by reading these comments of the persons u donot even know .

Hi Manoj,
Thnx for ur reply but my motive was not to hurt some one here. Actually every company fired resources during peak recession,be it Accenture or IBM.
I actually want to know if the scenario is still that bad with Sapient post recession or things have improved.Or you feel that this is some thing I should opt only if I am jobless to become jobless again…lols…

what do you mean by honest feedback.
Do you think that people are adding fake comment here?
All are genuine only and given by people working in sapient currently.
I am also working in sapient and will leave this comapny soon.
Prefer good culture company and never prefer sapient, congnizant and huwei….

Hi All
I am petrified after reading all the posts here. I was working for Accenture and joined IBM 2 months back. But I am not very happy with the project I am into.
I got an offer from Sapient on Sat for Sr Associate L1. They have also given me some 25% shoot on my existing salary at Gurgaon Location.
Please send me an honest feedback pertaining to the current scenarios of Sapient.
Should I join or should not I join.

better join infosys,tcs,accenture,wipro,ibm,satyam or any other small company where show off is less and culture is good….and also u get time to learn…
sapient kabhi bhi join mat karna…….naam bade aur darshn chote…..
although they are not firing now…but u never know….

kindly do not join this comapny……….what so ever they pay…..they hire at such a package that u wont be able to go to anywhere else once u join here…and after joining suffering is like a hell…..they only talk talk talk…….culture is just pathetic…….leads , managers…….
directors are the worst one……other thing is openness…openness is more than required….
