As Per a mail I got:

What is common between OM SHANTI OM, KARAN ARJUN and www.core.nic.in. It is same reincarnation story and in next avatar, mission accomplished. let me tell you the story and reaffirm our belief in reincarnation.

July 2006, Core center as an NGO, funded by Ministry of Consumer Affairs with a mandate to become self sustainable, signed a contract with us. We became their turn-around managers and we invested all of what we had because we knew this will make a huge next generation internet innovation, which was very much in line with our values to enhance life of people using technology.

We spent first 6 months, in which we did research, innovated their internal processes, strengthened up their management and discovered a business model. On 16th April 2007, we went LIVE on core.nic.in and soon it was a hit. Not only with consumers, who got benefited, but also with companies, who could avoid on litigation, display their customer responsiveness while retaining their customers by handling their grievances. In 3 months, we had more than 100 companies signing up, more than 100 complaints per day and we started getting compliments from every where as revenues from companies started coming in. The best was when researchers from Hamburg University, Germany visited our office and included this application in their report as finest innovation.

But then, It happened like Hindi movies. Our passion became our obsession and we forgot that we are dealing with Government and we throughout did not follow normal practices of getting contract from NGO’s and government. Core Management changed and leading names in consumer movement took over. For some reason they did not like us and stopped all our payments, fired their staff and they did everything which you can imagine from Hindi Movies.

Till November 07, we still continued our services to keep our promise and allegiance towards companies and consumers with a hope that management of Core Center will come around and for that we even visited ministry of consumer affairs Secy and Jt Secy few times. Yes Trust us, they have huge offices, Tea is excellent and they have all latest technological

gadgets to serve their country and they really listened to us and assured us to resolve the issues. But nothing happened and actually nothing was supposed to happen, but that we learnt very late after burning huge losses which went un-appreciated.

On the other hand, we had line managers of customer care team of member companies calling us and appreciating our work because that helped them with their daily work pressure in an amicable manner.

This was the story till interval (Feb. 08). Picture abhi baki hai mere Dost.….

thanks for all the emails and calls from consumers across India and companies asking us to restore the service, we are now reincarnating as www.whitelibra.com but as you know from all reincarnation stories, this time it is much bigger and powerful than last time so that it can not be killed. We called it whitelibra.com because we want to play balancing act, like we did last time, but with a larger scale. We were firm believers that there is a gap between consumers and brands and both are right. It is matter of providing a platform where interaction can happen.

Whitelibra.com will now give out complete customer life cycle to brand. For consumer it means that they can blog their reviews, suggestions and grievances which goes to companies. Besides if there are cases, which need to go to consumer court, cases will move to court automatically after a stipulated time frame. In simple words, become member of whitelibra.com and anything related to consumer issue is taken care of in time bound manner. We have battery of lawyers and also we have created access for all conusmer courts to receive such cases which are not redressed by a brand.

For brands, it means getting complete market research on their products and services, retaining their customers and having a yardstick to measure their success. For the first time, customer service team would be able to reflect to the management, gaps in offerings of products or in marketing and demonstrate how they are emerging to be the biggest brand builders for the company. In addition, companies will be able to advertise their services, access complete info on consumers and make up sale and cross sale. There would be lead generation which your dealers would love you for. Now, you do not need to keep your mouth shut.

This is just to begin with, we have already worked out phase one and phase two to deliver more value to consumers and companies and in phase two, we will help companies with bad customers and arbitration. Companies will be able to rank consumers based on their track record. So in terms of size, we are now talking about connecting top management, media agency, PR agency, customer care, legal deptt of one company on the same platform with consumers and at back end all consumer courts are linked across the nation.

While we were struggling to survive in our previous birth and failed, we launched 2 more successful ventures using the same technological platform. www.saferindia.com with Dr. Kiran bedi on police reforms and www.campusyogi.com to connect all campuses with HR directly and do entire campus recruitment online. With these 3 properties, we are now well positioned to become leading Digital cross media company and there are few more properties to come this year.

    सविनय निवेदन है कि प्रार्थी एक अधिवक्ता है तथा दीवानी कचहरी आगरा में विधि व्यवसाय कर रहा है प्रार्थी दिनांक 16 -02 -2011 को बिग सिनेमा में तीन से छह पटियाला हॉउस फिल्म देखने गया था वहीँ पर प्रार्थी ने fun cafe [ fun multiplex pvt ltd tin no 09952305938 दिनांक 15 -11 -2007 ] से एक aqufna की पानी की बोतल खरीदी थी जिस पर एम आर पी 15 रूपए अंकित था लेकिन उसके वावजूद भी उक्त दुकानदार ने प्रार्थी से एम आर पी 15 रूपए से वदकर 30 रूपए ले लिए तथा उसका कंप्यूटर का बिल प्रार्थी को दिया जब प्रार्थी ने उक्त दुकानदार से एम आर पी से अधिक मूल्य वसूलने को मना किया तो वह प्रार्थी की वेज्जती करने लगा तथा गाली गलोज पर उतारू हो गया और कहने लगा की हम तो ऐसे ही पैसे वसूलते हैं तेरे पर जो करा जय कर ले उक्त दुकानदार के कृत्य से प्रार्थी को काफी मानसिक आघात व वेज्जती सहन करनी पड़ी ऐसी परिस्थिति को देखते हुए ऐसे दुकानदार के खिलाफ कार्यवाही किया जाना न्याय संगत है

    sirji mail today ne ik schme nikali thi ki 1000 rupuy ka coupan purchase karo 15 month ka newspaper free aur reebok ka show free milaga. reebok shoe ka coupan issue kara hai lakin wo shoe kisi bhi showroom par nhi ha.
    maine sabse phale customer centre phone karo to usne kha ki 10 march ko shoes aeyga fir main showroom par gaya to shoe nhi aya tho fir maine dubara call kara to usne kha ki 15 march ko to maine 15 march ko call kara to 20 march ko shoes mil jaega fir main showroom par gaya lakin shoes nhi tha. to sirji kya kara ab iska.
    aur sirji jis showroom ka address diya ha ussme se south ex. wala showroom 1 saal se band ha aur gk m-block market wala showroom bhi band hai.

    We have purchased a car from Kataria Auto Ahmedabad( Maruti -alto) on 28th Dec.2010.Rightnow we have facing problem of car passing as a handicapped car for handicapped person.For the same problem we are unable to run this car. We have made lots of complain to maruti as well as dealer ,but no body help to us for said problem.Please i want to file complain to consumer forum.Please guide

    sir mai ne 21.02.2011 ko apna sony ericssion u10i patna ke intarvo technologies service me jama kiya kuch din baad wo service centre baand ho gayi ab mai jab kocall karta ho to wo khate hai ki aap ka mobile aap ke deliver ho chuka hai lekin mujhe mera phn mila hi nahi sir please help for recovering my mobile phone.

    main ne idea company main se ek saal pahele ek sim card liya tha aur uske doccument aur paise puri tarah se pay kiye the. par pichale ek mahe ne pahele se muje company main se call (tape sunai deti ) aate hain ek aap ke document jama karva dejei maine baad main customer care mian phone karke pucha toh voh bata te hain k aap ke document complet hain aur 2 din se un logo ne mera out going bandh kar diya hain baad mian maine pucha to bataya ke aap ke document jama kar dene par he aap ki service chalu hogi .
    Sir, maine jab pahale call kiya tha aur document complet hain unhone esa bola tha voh call maine recording kiya tha toh kya main us k aadhar par case kar saktahu

      dear vikasji
      I had similar problem with Tata Docomo in may 2011. They needed the doc again and again.I submitted thrice and then they put-on the service. No point arguing just submit the doc and wait.The centre which receives ur request and that which actually controls the service are different and many times the gaps occur.They know u cant go to court and fight endlessly, especially when the service is off.

    now tvc skyshop person’s denied to refund amount.they have published advertisement in news paper lokmat,popular in rural area.peoples are being deceived by this adv.
    please stop this product immediately

    My complaint against Yatra.com is In Progress since last one year but still I see Yatra as one of the consumer friendly brand in http://ccccore.co.in/ website.

    On contacting Core Center they always recommend me for Consumer Court because according to CORE Team Yatra is not responding , I want to know why they have put thier Brand in Friendly Brands section?

    complain about my washing machine hamari washing machine 1month se kharab hai.whirlpool spin801 washing machine hai.jab se kharidi hai kuch na kuch problem create kr rahi hai.hum log jab bhi comlain krtey hain humey yahi jawab milta hai ki aaj kl ,after 2-3 hours me aapke pass worker pahunch jayega lekin na to koi response milta hai na hi koi worker aata hai.abhi 2 weekks pehley spinner ki motor & ander ki body change kr k gaye they lekin dusrey hi din machine ne fir se kaam krna bund kr diya hai.humne machine 2nd janoury 2011 me kharidi hai.hum warranty period me hi machine change krna chatey they lekin hmse ye keh kr mana kr diya gaya ki aap starting k 6months me hi change kr saktey hain uskey baad me keval parts change kr saktey hain .sir bahut pareshaan ho chukey hain naye product me itni problems create ho rahi hai.ab hum isko wapas krna chahtey hain .sir kya aap hamari madad karengey.
