July 2006, Core center as an NGO, funded by Ministry of Consumer Affairs with a mandate to become self sustainable, signed a contract with us. We became their turn-around managers and we invested all of what we had because we knew this will make a huge next generation internet innovation, which was very much in line with our values to enhance life of people using technology.
We spent first 6 months, in which we did research, innovated their internal processes, strengthened up their management and discovered a business model. On 16th April 2007, we went LIVE on core.nic.in and soon it was a hit. Not only with consumers, who got benefited, but also with companies, who could avoid on litigation, display their customer responsiveness while retaining their customers by handling their grievances. In 3 months, we had more than 100 companies signing up, more than 100 complaints per day and we started getting compliments from every where as revenues from companies started coming in. The best was when researchers from Hamburg University, Germany visited our office and included this application in their report as finest innovation.
But then, It happened like Hindi movies. Our passion became our obsession and we forgot that we are dealing with Government and we throughout did not follow normal practices of getting contract from NGO’s and government. Core Management changed and leading names in consumer movement took over. For some reason they did not like us and stopped all our payments, fired their staff and they did everything which you can imagine from Hindi Movies.
Till November 07, we still continued our services to keep our promise and allegiance towards companies and consumers with a hope that management of Core Center will come around and for that we even visited ministry of consumer affairs Secy and Jt Secy few times. Yes Trust us, they have huge offices, Tea is excellent and they have all latest technological
gadgets to serve their country and they really listened to us and assured us to resolve the issues. But nothing happened and actually nothing was supposed to happen, but that we learnt very late after burning huge losses which went un-appreciated.
On the other hand, we had line managers of customer care team of member companies calling us and appreciating our work because that helped them with their daily work pressure in an amicable manner.

thanks for all the emails and calls from consumers across India and companies asking us to restore the service, we are now reincarnating as www.whitelibra.com but as you know from all reincarnation stories, this time it is much bigger and powerful than last time so that it can not be killed. My New Samsung Note phone has been identified as Missing Vibrator by Service center on my first visit for a Ear Phone problem. I raised my concern over the quality of the product and asked service center to treat as Manufacturing fault because It is straight question on Samsung quality process.
Now its been a month my phone is with the service center only. I am asking for a regular update and via mail, as soon as i write Samsung support for an update they call me next day and gives me a plain assurance but now it is enough i do not see it moving a further.
I have lost my faith with the production as well as with the company and highly disappointed by their service network, dont wish to continue even further. I am asking for the refund.
A Suggestion by you on this would be highly appreciated.

First step would be to raise your complaint on Samsung’s twitter (https://twitter.com/Samsung_India) and facebook account (https://www.facebook.com/samsung.mobiles).
If it does not help, file a complaint with consumer forum (http://core.nic.in/Default.aspx). You might take help from Akosha (http://www.akosha.com/) but they may charge some fees for it.

Sir, I am a military retired person, I had purchased a plot in mount vegas (near mount opera with an offer that life membership free for the plot holders to see the mount opera club, from sreemitra estates Pvt Ltd, bearing registry No 9396 with a development chage, compony promised to develop the mount vegas with 27 aminitties but even compony did not layout every proper road and street lights from 2004 to till now and componey change his office address from dilsuknagar to kharatabad the managing dir was NR Giridhar Kumar and Chief managing dir was MV choudhary both are sitting in khartabad (hyderabad). I can not built house in this condition and neither I can sell it kindly advise me what can I do and take legal action against the company and the defaulters persons.

HI , I have purchased flat In pune in dec-2009 which is registered on 01-Jan-2010.After many promised dates(Verbally Oct-10,written in agreement-Apr11,again got letter that due to unavailibilty of sand possession is delayed tillOct-11) finaly construction is completed in 2012July.I have cleared all dues (Final Disbursement,Mainatainance+Service Tax etc.) on 2-Aug-2012,on 10-Aug-2012 news broken out about VAT of maharashtra govt. and matter is in supreme court now.Builder is now asking for VAT and denying possesion without that. 1)Can builder deny possesion on matter subject to supreme court. 2)He is asking for Blank cheque\Gurantee on stamp paper against which possesion will be given , and he will enter amount of VAT on it when court decision came,but I am against it. 3)Can I go to Consumer Court and if yes how to lodge complaint against builder and also will like to know the consequences of the same.
Hope I will receive some answer soon.Thanks for taking time to read my query.

Sir on 17 July 12, i made a ticket booked for my friend in Indigo airlines from Chennai to Guwahati.The date of travel is 17 nov 12 and the booking reference number is WL13LC. I made that booking by logging in their website using my login id. Rs3968/- has been charged from my credit card for this booking as per the details given below:-
Base Fare and Airline Fuel Charge Rs 3,735.00
Passenger Service Fee Rs 233.00
Total Price Rs 3,968.00.
Then on 11 Sep 12, i wanted to reschedule that journey from 17 Nov to 27 Nov 12. Then i logged in their site and changed the date of journey of my previous booking. I was asked to pay Rs 1350/- (Rs 950/- cancellation charges plus Rs 400 as difference of fare). when i proceeded with payment transaction using my credit card it got declined due to low credit limit of my credit card) so i could not successfully complete the booking. but my previous booking got cancelled. The next day i got a call from the airline that said that i had to pay the amount Rs 1350/- within 24 hrs and otherwise the amount i paid (Rs 3960/-) would be forfeited. Un fortunately i couldnt complete the transaction due to some personal problem. When i checked my account on the Indigo website i found my booking has been cancelled and no amount has been refunded or kept as a credit. When i checked the status of my booking reference, it was shown as “cancelled” and my entire amount, ie Rs 3968/- as been charged as cancellation charges.
Then i called their customer care, they told me that since i couldnt complete the transaction within 24 hrs the entire amount has been forfeited as per their rule. Infact I couldnt find any such rule in their site.
This is of course a case of cheat quoting some hidden rules,
Plz help me to get the refund from the airline. Advice me with further course of actions..

Sir,
it is my urgent letter seeking your valuable guidence,advice,suggestion and co-operation. I’m noting down my complaint in brief -
1) I purchased 2 bonds of ‘Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Ltd’ in the year 1994 having issue price of Rs,3600/- each.
2) It was scheduled to be matured in the year 2014 with a maturity value (or face value as noted in the bond certificate) of 1,11,000/- each.
3) The bond had absolutely no option of redemtion at any point of time before maturity date i.e 11.1.2014 in any case from theirs side.
4) In the mean time, I came to know that they terminated the Bonds in the year 2008 paying the maturity value of Rs,50,000/- each instead of as commited Rs,1,11,000/- each on the basis of some ‘Act’ – conferred on them by the Government Of Gujrat.
5) I was not aware of it at all as how & when & at what basis it was done and what the ‘Act” was actually that had led them to commit such a breach of cotract to such an extent.
6) I have neither encashed the Bonds nor taken any step towards the recovery of the scheduled amount till date nor filed any case in any court.
7)My registration folio no is SN 321902, certificate nos.296396 & 296397 and distinctive nos. 296396 to 296397.
8) I’m hoping against hope and keeping my fingers crossed that I will definitely be provided with a correct guideline. what should I do in this circumstance toward solving out this problem? Huge shortfall of the money is really diverting me from the way I actually planned for.
9) I hope,my problem would be treated as if like I’m one of your family members.
