The Cab driver aiways ask to pay extra in the fare at the destination for the MCD toll tax at Faridabad toll gate and at Delhi – Badarpur Fly Over. Is it right to pay him as I have always argued for paying MCD Toll tax as every car is having the token pasted on the wind screen of the cab of payment already paid by the company at one time.
I absolutely agree with Mr Jain on this, why should we keep on paying toll when all the company needs to pay is Rs 1000 or something like that per month to the delhi govt? They are earning much more from the customer by adding the tax part to the final bill….This is cheating of the first order and if I am not wrong, it’s only Meru which is doing this

I often use the cab service. I have noticed that all taxi services ask the customers to pay the MCD charges.
From Gurgaon to Delhi, it is 65 Rs now, including toll.
Some taxi servies even charge you for reverse toll!!!
Simple, ask Cab Driver for Bill of extra payment and Inform your management.

Dear Abhinav, I need an auto on monthly basis to and from from South city-I, Gurgaon to C-Block, Ma field Garden, Sector-51, Gurgaon (Mng 0700 hrs drop, A/N 1430). Two weeks ago on Auto Call call center I could book for the whole week. But subsequently, call center stopped booking on weekly basis and asked to do booking daily. This is inconvenient and often its booked completely specially in the morning.
I very well understand that this is due to the popularity of the service and less numbers of autos available with you… Yet I wd request you to help us in the matter.
