EPFO (Employees Provident Fund Organization) is now moving to electronic payment system. PF refund amount will now be credited directly into member’s bank account through NEFT (National Electronic Find Transfer).
Currently department issues cheque and post it to member’s address, the process takes up to a month and leads to a large number of complaints. EPFO will also collect the mobile numbers of the members so that it could send SMS alerts informing about credit of the pension amount.

You can apply for PF withdrawal for house purchase even if house is in joint name of you and your son.
Sir, They have rejected my application due to flat is purchase in joint name of myself and my son. Giving the refrence of clause 68B.

One correction from earlier comment, house can be jointly owned with spouse only for withdrawal.
As per clause 68B: No withdrawal shall be granted for purchasing a share in a joint property or for construction a house on a site owned jointly except on a site owned jointly with the spouse.
This is to bring your kind attention that my self RANJEET PRASAD ex employee of Mafoi randstad ( PF No. TN/35791/46871) still i am not received my pf amount.
i have submitted all document to my ex employer on 13/9/2010 but mafoi submitted my all document in PF office on 17/6/2011 i am talk to Mr. Sanjay Pandey hi his told me your from was submitted in PF office. i have most time called PF office this no 044 28130007, 044 28132811 but same reply your from was not received in PF office.
kindly expedite the same other wise I would be forced to visit the Consumer Court with all relevant document for future course of action mafoi and PF office Chennai.(TN/MAS/35791/46871)
