EPFO (Employees Provident Fund Organization) is now moving to electronic payment system. PF refund amount will now be credited directly into member’s bank account through NEFT (National Electronic Find Transfer).
Currently department issues cheque and post it to member’s address, the process takes up to a month and leads to a large number of complaints. EPFO will also collect the mobile numbers of the members so that it could send SMS alerts informing about credit of the pension amount.

Hi All,
I’ve left the previous company around 2years back where i had PF account with some balance left, now i’ve been living far away from previous employer, Now i’m not working and self employed, Planning to withdraw my EPF amount,
So is it compulsary to go to my previous employer to fill the form-19 ? or i can fill the form myself and submit it in PF office.
PLZ solve my problem as soon as posible.

You need to get withdrawal form attested by previous employer first and then it should be submitted to PF office where account was held.
I was worked in Ibm Daksh. I leaved my job on 1.11.2011. I dispatched pf form to company but still i have not received. Can u pls tell me the status of my a/c .

I had worked with Essar group Company for more than 1 year and could not applied for refund of my EPF deposit since then. I quit the job with the company in 2007. After leaving it has been acquired by a multinational company . I want to know out of these two whom should i contact and submit my refund of the EPF .

My pf number transfered from TN.52761/1151, to K.N.43830/207 to getit yellow pages, i have claimed during 2009, still i am waiting for the payment, but it is not coming to hand, only 2500Rs has been release, remaining 13000, is remaining in the pf account itself, so kindly releae my amount.

If you had filed returns offline by visiting income tax office, then you should contact them only. Refunds for returns filed online may take upto a year.

I am himanshu tripathi, I have submitted my pf form on 20 aug 2012. But till today i have not found any check in my account.(a/c no.- 31398529983) and reg.with pf no.-- 21371/4002. I went to pf office 3-4 times, 1st time when i went to PF office the offical person said that after some days you will found check in your a/c. but i have not found any check deposition in my account 2nd time when i went to PF office then they said that the check has been dispatched on 5 oct from Pf office. But till today i have not found any balance in my account.
After that I have contacted in pf office on nbr- (01128050759) they said that your balance has been reached in your account. I informed them that sir i have not found any balance in my account. I dont understand why this people are so much irresponsible and why keep chasing me like this, even i called on 01128050758,416 so many times but nobody respond to my calls .If they are not able to pick calls then why they are mentioning there offical numbers on websites. So finally after not getting any proper response and my PF amount not refunded ,i am requesting you to take immidiate action my mail regarding my PF amount. Else i will take another hard action against this irresponsible persons.

I have sent mail 2 times(ro.delhi.south@epfindia.gov.in) but no perfect reponse given by officers.
I want only my PF and nothing.
