EPFO (Employees Provident Fund Organization) is now moving to electronic payment system. PF refund amount will now be credited directly into member’s bank account through NEFT (National Electronic Find Transfer).
Currently department issues cheque and post it to member’s address, the process takes up to a month and leads to a large number of complaints. EPFO will also collect the mobile numbers of the members so that it could send SMS alerts informing about credit of the pension amount.

I have worked company A and left and joined company B transferring the PF amount from A to B. Again I have rejoined company A. The PF amount from Company A is still not yet transferred to Company B. However, since I have completed 5 years of service put together in company A and B previously, I have submitted my full withdrawal form to Company B, as Company B informed that even I submit my form, after transfer of full amount from Company A only, I will be able to get the full settlement. In the meantime, when I checked with PF grievance cell they informed that Company A amount was already transferred to Company B. But when I received the final settlement amount, it was only the amount accrued in Company B. No idea what happened to my money accrued in Company A. Could you please let me know how I can get back my money. Thanks in advance. With best regards

Sometimes in case of transfer, amount comes separately from first and second account.
If its not been sometime since the payment came, I would request you to wait for 15-20 days more.
After that, you can file RTI to know status.
As per EPFO, they informed that the amount would be transferred in my account in Feb. 2013 and subsequnetly in the grievance status they informed that the amount was transferred. Based on this, I have submitted my withdrawal form. But only the amount accumulated from Company B was credited in my account. I don't know what happened to Company A amount. When I checked with Company B they informed that when the transfer amount is in progress, PF authorities will not honour the withdrawal form and they will wait till the full transfer takes place. How and where can I check the amount I had accumulated in Company A. Thanks and regards,

You can check EPF balance check website (http://www.epfindia.com/MembBal.html) for current balance with company A. If its not transferred it would show balance, else not.
Also if you UAN number, you can check check passbook entries here: http://uanmembers.epfoservices.in/

I have submitted the Form 19 and 10C for my PF account settlement. I have received only the amount(small amount) which i believe is associated with form 10C where as no credit has been done for Form 19 amount.
On Checking the status online, It shows claim has been approved and payment is under process for both the forms.
Please help me out. I am not able to understand why only 1 amount has been credited to my account.

EPF and EPS amounts are settled separately and there may be a gap of 10-15 days in settlement.
