EPFO (Employees Provident Fund Organization) is now moving to electronic payment system. PF refund amount will now be credited directly into member’s bank account through NEFT (National Electronic Find Transfer).
Currently department issues cheque and post it to member’s address, the process takes up to a month and leads to a large number of complaints. EPFO will also collect the mobile numbers of the members so that it could send SMS alerts informing about credit of the pension amount.

You will have to submit Death certificate and affidavit cum indemnity bond.
If two years contribution has been made to Pension fund then form 10A also needs to be submitted for family pension
Claim should be submitted through the employer. Please contact your cousin's employer. They should be able to help you.

Do you have any idea how much time does it normally take for these people to reject our form in case if its incomplete?
What happens we being truthful and do not sign the Non Employment Declaration part in form 19?

It may even take 4-5 months for you to know that they have rejected your form.
When form is rejected it will be sent back at your address.
