EPFO (Employees Provident Fund Organization) is now moving to electronic payment system. PF refund amount will now be credited directly into member’s bank account through NEFT (National Electronic Find Transfer).
Currently department issues cheque and post it to member’s address, the process takes up to a month and leads to a large number of complaints. EPFO will also collect the mobile numbers of the members so that it could send SMS alerts informing about credit of the pension amount.

Dear sir,
sir my organization have own Pf trust .also sir they have Pf consultant to solve the problem pf related issue of employees. I have left this organization long before 3 year (2008)and I hv send withdrawal form through Register post during yr 2009.they also confirmed it through phone. After long waiting (8-9 month) I directly contact to superior officer via mail after too many conversion I got reply that we hv not receive ur form.
Now I have send my form through Register post also I got confirmation of receipt frm Pf consultant also Settlement is under process.

1)Now sir almost 2 mnth hv been over sir yet I hv not received any money in my bank account which i have mentioned the account no. in the PF from nor i have received any PF amount chque or DD at my residential address.wht can u can do for me.
2)another query another organization send PF form duly signed &stamp on it .sir I want to ask u that we can submit this form in our home town as pf office of organization at one at Hyderabad & another at gurgaon
3) can I submit after 1.5 year as I hv left the organization just now.

If there is no satisfactory result, you can file a complaint on http://epfigms.gov.in/
You will have to submit your PF form to Delhi PF office only as your account is with them.
PF withdrawal form can be submitted anytime after around 3 months of leaving job.

Can you please cross-check whether Form 10C has been mentioned in both SMS.
Generally two messages are sent, one for form 10C and other 19. (for Provident fund and pension fund)

How much it will take to receive PF amount. It depends on EPF department.
I have been waiting for my PF amount even after 4 months of application confirmation.
What more can you expect from such a pathetic Govt department.

I get so much assurance on reading this post, I submitted my PF withdrawal form in Feb 2011, but still not received anything, checked my status on the link u provided, and found it is under process, but no mention about whats going on and what is the ETA on it. Then I lodged a complain with their online grievance management system, got a refernce number, and contact number of the officer, but cant reach them on mail or phone regardless of whatever time i make the call, finally wrote an email to CPFC, and i am in urgent need for that money, God help me!

Unfortunately PF department is like other Govt departments who do not care for people and complaints.
If possible, please visit PF office and request them to process it fast.

As you are withdrawing PF balance before five years of continuous service, the amount received will be taxable.

As you deposited two forms (form 19 and 10c), two different claim IDs will be generated.

Message - Form 10C (Withdrawal benifit / Scheme certificate) for acct THTHA000042400000XXXXXX recieved on 22.07.2011 and claim ID THTHA 11070001XXXX is under process.

It will take minimum 20-25 days to get EPS refund. There is no maximum time limit in which EPF department provide refund, just like another irresponsible Govt department.
When will I get my PF amount
form is submitted on April 1,2011 and registered complaint on egov.

Only option is to complain on epfigms.gov.in site.
You will have to just wait may be for 3-4 months more as computerization of database is being done at all EPF offices and they are not taking other work in the name of that.
