• I have submitted form for withdrawl EPF on 12th April 2011.... still not recd amount in my mentioned saving account. When can I get the money (It already more that 3.5 months over)

  You mentioned that If they also do not listen, launch a complaint on this website: http://epfigms.gov.in/ I have raised complaint on this website also with Registration Number is : SROWF/E/2011/02687 .... still no response?

    As computerization of records is going on in all PF offices, it may even take more time.
    Be patient as nothing more can be done except waiting for it, like thousands of other account holders.

    • Hi Pankaj, Epf office rejected my form and said that Form 3A and 6A are not matching.... what is the meaning of that? and what I need to do next. Please suggest. Thanks

        Employer sends form 6A to PF office every year.
        In case there is a mismatch in form 3A attached with PF withdrawal form and 6A in records of PF department, they may reject the form.
        You should contact your previous employer who issued form 3A asap and get it corrected.

  I applied for PF withdrawal in the 1st week of June 2011. If I check online it says it is under process. But if I try to check the amount, it says invalid entry. The same happens when I try to check the PF that I am getting from my current company.
  I served in the previous comapny for nearly 1 and half year. And then I was converted as a full time employee. So will there be a TDS on my PF as I am withdrawing it? And does the PF office deduct it? How can I get it back? Appreciate your help in this regard.

    As computerization of records is going on in all PF offices, it may even take more time.
    Account balance system is not fully updated as of now, don't worry about what it shows.
    Please read How to calculate tax on EPF withdrawal here .
    Most probably PF office won't deduct TDS and you will have to compute yourself and add to your taxable income,

  In April of 2011 I applied for PF withdrawal but until now it still shows UNDER PROCESS can you tell me what to do next. I even send them Grievances complaintin which my Grievances is lodged with the office: EPFO, RO, Gurgoan.

    PF department may reject PF form if you are joining a new company and in-spite of getting EPF account transferred you are withdrawing the amount.
    To make sure amount gets withdrawn, write a different reason like leaving India, self-employment etc.

  Really its a worst part of EPF grievance where i was raised complaint on 26/06/11 . Now i sent reminder. the max problem raising with only kandivil office.grievance request is :SROKN/E/2011/02667. At last i forwarded to tribunal via mail. Will they Consider it ! When i wil get my PF.

    As computerization of PF department accounts in under process. They are not clearing most of the withdrawal cases.
    it may even take 2-3 more months in refund.

  1. When you can start pension by considering two companies services, why cannot you pay full amount credit available in my P.F. account.
  2. Instead of rectifying your own mistake you are orally asking me resubmit Form No: 19 without any justification.

    We cannot do anything in this matter as we are not running EPF department.
    Its a platform to share information and knowledge by and for common people.
    You should write to PF officer and may complain at epfigms.gov.in

      my pf amount is stuck, they are saying they sent cheque .but i didnot receive any amount.every year i am filling complain and getting same response.i am in usa not able to deal it and my family member are not much educated .what should i do its large amount,can u give us any agency or low form who can handle this issue from our side.

    It may take some more time to receive your rejection letter at your address.
    In case you do not receive even after 30-40 days, file a complain at epfigms.gov.in
