EPFO (Employees Provident Fund Organization) is now moving to electronic payment system. PF refund amount will now be credited directly into member’s bank account through NEFT (National Electronic Find Transfer).
Currently department issues cheque and post it to member’s address, the process takes up to a month and leads to a large number of complaints. EPFO will also collect the mobile numbers of the members so that it could send SMS alerts informing about credit of the pension amount.

I have applied pf withdrawal through IndusInd Bank ltd, in the month of February 2011, and the same was received by pf regional office, bandra, on 11.05.2011. Till now I have not received any information/confirmation in this regard.
I have sent mails to ro.bandra@epfindia.gov.in, since october 2011, but there is no reply from them.

I am kiran Patel. I have resignation Company A . and transfer my total amount of Pf in Company B. But My pf are not transfer company B. All document submit in Pf office . I have following Status :- Claim Form 13 for transfer to new Account number Against old member account has been rejected. Rejection Letter is under dispatch/dispatched to address in your claim.
But i have no received any letter from Pf Office .I am confuse so please send me a idea for above query.
