    Thanks in Advance

    • @Mona
Please visit electricity office and fill form for connection transfer. You may have to get new connection in your name after existing owner surrenders his connection.

  • I just found that site is giving troubles in online payment when opened in Mozilla & Chrome. In IE , it works but it hangs if you want to payment through ICICI Bank internet banking.
    Solution:
    1. Open it in Mozilla. click "Online Payment">"Make Payment"
    2. open a new tab in mozilla
    3. paste url in address bar - http://202.56.120.172/elpsoftmis/WebPages/ConsumerOnlineTest.aspx
    4. Now you can proceed as normal and make payment.

Note: This worked only in mozilla.

  • Hi Pankaj,

First of all, let me thank you for the helpful information on your page. Really made my life easy.

Having said that, i have a small question. I have been billed an extraordinary amount for electricity this month due to average-calculation of the units. the amount is at least 3 times than the actual bill that we have been paying for a while now. My question is, will this amount be adjusted in the immediate future? lets say the next time around they take a reading, will the bill amount be adjusted against the 'average' bill amount that i have paid now?

    Would really appreciate your help.

    Regards,
    Anamika

    • @Anamika
Generally average bills are generated in case of faulty meter, where reading cannot be taken. I am not really sure if same would be adjusted back in future bills.
Please go to electricity board office and submit a written complaint for same.
