We would cover each division here so that anyone can pay Haryana electricity bills online.
Residents of Southern Haryana (Bhiwani, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Hisar, Narnaul, Sirsa and other cities which comes under DHBVN) can check their electricity bills, payment status online and can pay electricity bill online.

Like DHBVN, UHBVN has also started accepting bill payments online. People living in Ambala, Yamunanagar, Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Karnal, Panipat, Sonepat, Rohtak, Jhajjar and Jind districts will also be able to pay their electricity bills online.

Ledger Account number would be mentioned on your bill.
e.g. if account number mentioned in bill is UP12-1234 then UP12 is ledger number and 1234 is account number.
pankaj ji... my account no. is PB19-1841, It means ledger account no. is PB19 and account no. is 1841, after enter it shows office code is invalid.now what is office code.please help. Krishna siddhant

You also need to select office code from dropdown field.
This would be written in your bill under office name. Please select item based on matching code as per bill below:

In that case, online bill payment won't be available for your connection.

Just wanted to check , where i have to submit my written complain, actually i am a resident of faridabad (Roshan Nagar a village area), since last 7-8 month i used to received an adhoc charges for 244 units foe every billing cycle. No oen has came for even taking meter reading.

You should submit complaint to electricity office under whose area your connection comes in.
You bill would also have mentioned the Office name on top.

Why is it that the main website http://www.dhbvn.com is disabled since around a month and a proxy website http://202.56.120.172/elpsoftmis/index.aspx without reference to any specific domain name is providing same information.

I am able to open dhbvn.com at my end. There may be some issue with your internet provider.
The link to pay bill (http://202.56.120.172/elpsoftmis/WebPages/ConsumerInfoStart.aspx) is provided on dhbvn.com itself on homepage.
I have been paying bill on this site since last four years and never had issues.
A fake site won't be able to show your electricity bill by entering your account number.

I paid my Electricity Bill online via dhbvn website. Payment failed for the first time so I repaid the amount. Now I see amount getting deducted twice from my Account. I thought this would be remitted back but it didn't happen even after 10 days. Can anyone suggest what should be done in this regard.

I got below response from DGM/Finance, DHBVN:
It must be adjusted in his electricity account and shall be reduced from forthcoming bill of the consumer.
Can you please also check online payment details and previous payments section on website to see if it shows double payment.
