We would cover each division here so that anyone can pay Haryana electricity bills online.
Residents of Southern Haryana (Bhiwani, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Hisar, Narnaul, Sirsa and other cities which comes under DHBVN) can check their electricity bills, payment status online and can pay electricity bill online.

Like DHBVN, UHBVN has also started accepting bill payments online. People living in Ambala, Yamunanagar, Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Karnal, Panipat, Sonepat, Rohtak, Jhajjar and Jind districts will also be able to pay their electricity bills online.

When I am logging in to DHBVNL site whether by K number or by account details and then click on the option ONLINE PAYMENT (in left hand side, 8th option), it pulls my consumer details but does not pull latest bill information. Then when I click on make payement button it does not do anything. Do we first have to register for online payment so that bill gets uploaded. It is since three days the hard copy of bill has been delivered but on site this information is not there and I am unable to make payment. My neighbour also facing the same. Have you or your milloin fans encounterd anything like this. I beleive once unpaid amount details are pulled only then I can make payment.......please help

You need to disable popup blocker first (as already mentioned in steps to pay the bill).

Also, after generation of bill, it generally takes 3-4 working days for the new bills to appear online. So you should only try paying bill online after 4-5 days of bill delivery.

आपको ITR-4 भरना होगा। मैं आपसे अनुरोध करता हू कि किसी CA या टैक्स प्रोफेशनल की मदद लें क्योँकि ITR-4 थोडा जटिल होता है।

My Bill got generated on 22nd Sept. However, online forum is not yet updated. How much time does it take for the system to populate it online.
Also, can we pay directly through our bank instead of coming to the website and checking in regularly

Please wait for atleast 5-6 days before trying online payment.
As of now, adding DHBVN as biller in bank is not supported so you would have to come to website to pay bills.
My sub-division is F33-S/U BALLABGARH, and we do not have an option to select this perticular sub-division, what to do now?

It means that online bill payment for your subdivision is not available as of now.

K.No is 10 digit unique Identification number indicated on your bill
OUR BILLS ISSUED WITH OUT K NO. ASK TO OFFICE OF NO.2 THEY CAN'T REPLY. WHY ? THEN THEY REPLY TO ME DON'T KNOW?
