We would cover each division here so that anyone can pay Haryana electricity bills online.
Residents of Southern Haryana (Bhiwani, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Hisar, Narnaul, Sirsa and other cities which comes under DHBVN) can check their electricity bills, payment status online and can pay electricity bill online.

Like DHBVN, UHBVN has also started accepting bill payments online. People living in Ambala, Yamunanagar, Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Karnal, Panipat, Sonepat, Rohtak, Jhajjar and Jind districts will also be able to pay their electricity bills online.

If it is not working, there may be some server error. Forget that particular time. The facility is available and will continue in future. HDFC Bank Netbanking shall be a part of this in coming days.
Regarding any other problem i.e. other than payment of bill U may contact SDO of concerned sub division.
Any duplicate bill u can take that from the website.

Its mentioned with same name as K.NO. in bill. You may also use account number or bill number to login.
K. No. is a 10 digit no. which U can find out from yr electricity bill. If still there is a trouble U send a scan copy of yr bill to anil.bulan@gmail.com or collectiondhbvn@gmail.com.

Yes, its safe to make online payments by credit card. I have paid electricity bill online 4-5 times.
You will get online receipt instantly after making payment. Ideally you should make online payment before 2-3 days of due date to be on safer side.
Thanks Pankaj for the info. When I put my Bill No in the relevant field and then click on "Make Payment". It does not move forward and am not able to proceed further to make payments. Pls advice...

The process flow to make online payment of your Electricity Bills is as under :-
1. Log on to http://www.dhbvn.com
2. Click on link 'On Line Payment and Bill Details'
3. In left side block, under consumer information, Put Your K. No. (10 digit unique Identification No. which U can find out from your bill as DTR No.) and submit
4. Click on 'Online payment' link (8th option at left side).
5. Click on 'Make payment' button.
6. Choose option viz Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Internet Banking etc.
7. Choose Bank name (in case of Internet banking)
8. Do login in your bank account
9. Make payment
10. Take print out of receipt. remember U can take print out of receipt at any time after successful payment made through the system.

NO, this does not work shows me an empty form with links in left pane in cluding link for online payment.
if i click on online payment shows me same form with make payment button .. click that doesnt help either.
