We would cover each division here so that anyone can pay Haryana electricity bills online.
Residents of Southern Haryana (Bhiwani, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Hisar, Narnaul, Sirsa and other cities which comes under DHBVN) can check their electricity bills, payment status online and can pay electricity bill online.

Like DHBVN, UHBVN has also started accepting bill payments online. People living in Ambala, Yamunanagar, Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Karnal, Panipat, Sonepat, Rohtak, Jhajjar and Jind districts will also be able to pay their electricity bills online.

I think you need to visit local electricity office and talk to people there.
IMHO, files do not move without kickbacks.

Hello.
I had initially submitted the application for Electricity Connection G-31-618-331under Gurugram I Circle, Sub Division G-31 (Manesar)for INR 15080 online payment vide receipt No. 193618 on 27.06.2018 at my residence in Ardee City. However, later on whern the electricity supply set-up workers came to my premises they mentioned that my house comes under subdivision G-26 (Southcity). They asked me to again submit a new application and make fresh payment.
Accordingly I sumitted a new application G-26-716-1211 under Gurugram II Circle, Sub Diviision G-26 (South City) for INR 15080 vide payment online receipt no. 218599 on 19.07.2018. Against this application the connection has now been set-up.
Now I have sent e-mails to Xen and SDF manesar attaching all relevant receipt for refund of 15080 under application G-31-618-331. Till date no reply received.
Will you please tell me where to write now and whom. I shall highly appreciate if you send me address where to contact for this matter
