  • Pankaj, thanks for operating such a useful site.
I am an NRI and have flat at Eros, which my family members use some times. Since Dec 2011 flat had been unused and meter was showing no consumption. To mu horror I see that DHBVN has posted a bill of some 35 th Rs mentioning that meter is stuck, with a notional consumption of all these months and has even disconnected the meter.
I have sent on line grievance.
Can you please suggest me what I should do.- Manikant

    • @Manikant
The only way out would be now to visit electricity office and submit written complaint to SDO for same.

  • I want to submit my tubewell bill online. But the account no on the bill is only 6 digits. While it has to be 9 digits....so it gives me error ......invalid account no.....do u have any idea or suggestion as today is the last due date to submit the bill.

    • @Manjeet
We don't have much idea about payment process for non-domestic electricity connections.

  • Thanks Pankaj. This was indeed an awesome affair. In the meanwhile May i join you to provide basic civic facilities to the residents of Gurgaon. I wish to inform that nearly hundred residents had applied and installed solar geysers in Gurgaon. But the local office HARIDA did not care to release subsidies. I had a brief interaction with the vendor and the government functionary but it did not work. With the help of RTI I have been able to compel both the Ministry in Central Government and MNRE in Chandigarh to release the amount of subsidies. The cheques, I am to told, are under issue to the respective beneficiaries.

    • @G Roy
Thanks for taking part in the discussion and informing residents about your efforts.
