We would cover each division here so that anyone can pay Haryana electricity bills online.
Residents of Southern Haryana (Bhiwani, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Hisar, Narnaul, Sirsa and other cities which comes under DHBVN) can check their electricity bills, payment status online and can pay electricity bill online.

Like DHBVN, UHBVN has also started accepting bill payments online. People living in Ambala, Yamunanagar, Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Karnal, Panipat, Sonepat, Rohtak, Jhajjar and Jind districts will also be able to pay their electricity bills online.

Why don't you people keep the online n the bills sent to us in sync? There're already so many questions posted abt the account no. being 10 digits n online it's alphanumeric, but there're no answers being posted for tht! N then when these complaint no. called, then various dramas of call there not here. Aweful management literally, so disappointing!!
Why should someone go for on line payment 1% of bill, when 1% of bill amount and service tax is being charged extra. Instead of giving rebate to encourage on line payment The Nigam is discouraging it by charging extra.

There is no extra charge on paying using net banking.
Visa/Mastercard which issue debit and credit cards charges this extra fees for transactions, which department has passed onto the customers.
In most of the cases on line payment is being done by credit/debit cards , there are some Govt. Departments like BSNL/MTNL where these additional charges are not applicable, which means that the additional charges must be born by the Department and they are not looser because on line payment helps in reducing cost in form of saving stationeries and man power even it reduces the burden of Department. moreover 1% charge is nit nominal which could be ignored.
When I pay my bill by internet banking I have not received high security password on my mobile no plz check.
