We would cover each division here so that anyone can pay Haryana electricity bills online.
Residents of Southern Haryana (Bhiwani, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Hisar, Narnaul, Sirsa and other cities which comes under DHBVN) can check their electricity bills, payment status online and can pay electricity bill online.

Like DHBVN, UHBVN has also started accepting bill payments online. People living in Ambala, Yamunanagar, Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Karnal, Panipat, Sonepat, Rohtak, Jhajjar and Jind districts will also be able to pay their electricity bills online.

Please visit local electricity office for same.
You need to apply for new connection only and old one has to be disconnected.

Dear Mr Batra. I am a retired Airforce officer and have been paying my bills online through your site.But now the site only shows payment for 1billing cycle--ie for march april 2015 only.Though i have put advance payment online and accepted by DHBVNL,i would like to know my bills after april 2015. But the site says that the same has been transfered to RAPDPR.There it is asking for account number.My old account number till May 2015 doesnt seem to be working now.It wants 10 digit number--who do i contact for this number as i am abroad,but would not like to default on my payment. I sent the complaint to portal support dhbvn.org.in as also to collection dhbvn.gmail.com.The latter says that the account has been transfered to RAPDPR and the portal support says that they don't have my account in their data base.Is there any higher authority who can be contacted to sort out this problem?

You need to get new connection on same address. Earlier connection would be first disconnected.

Go to portalsupportdh@dhbvn.org.in. Give them your last account number,K number, your name, address, last bill number,payment receipt etc through e-mail. Try and give them as much information as possible and then request them for your new account number. Wait for 48 hrs to 72 hrs. You should get your number through e- mail.
