    • @Devi Dutt
As per KW rating of connection, there is an minimum charge also.
I think, you have billed with minimum charge.

    • Please ensure your pop-up blocker must be off and there should not be more than one tool bar selected at your system.

  • I made online payment today which is deducted from my bank ac but sill not showing in dhbvn page. What do i do?

    • Hi Som,

Did online payment reflect in your Bill? I made online payment yesterday but when I tried to print it gave some error. Now Amount is deducted from my account and I dont have any payment receipt. Please let me know if you were able to see the changes in 24-48hrs.

      Thanks

  • If the website of DHBVN is not working for payment online, attending of complain on line, then it should be windup immediately, so that consumer may not face harasment. Earlier the working of DHBVN regarding proper supply, proper management of meters, their security is still in question, then where the needs of website arises, stop it now

  • Dear Sir,
The Online payment facility is working smoothly. In the month of March 2011 payment of Rs. 1,23,35,523/- have been made by the consumers of DHBVN agst their electricity bills by using this facility through internet. For its smooth functioning, It must be ensured that :-
    1. "Popup blocker" on yr computer must be OFF
    2. There must not be more than One Toolbar viz Crawl, Internet Exlorer, Firefox etc. activated on yr system at a time

otherwise it will disturb the 'Online payment facility'.

    Regards
    Anil K. Bulan

  • i had paid bill no.14157169 online payment my account has been debited but dhbvn website not shown any detail

    • @Ramesh Kumar
      Sir,
This has happened probably due to some disruption in the Internet connection. Please wait for 48 hours and it will automatically be adjusted in your account and you can take the print by clicking the option" Online payment details > Details". In case the payment is not adjusted after 48 hours, kindly inform us for doing the needful.
      Regards
      Anil
