EPFO (Employees Provident Fund Organization) is now moving to electronic payment system. PF refund amount will now be credited directly into member’s bank account through NEFT (National Electronic Find Transfer).
Currently department issues cheque and post it to member’s address, the process takes up to a month and leads to a large number of complaints. EPFO will also collect the mobile numbers of the members so that it could send SMS alerts informing about credit of the pension amount.

sir, i am chandra kumar.b earlier am working in corp one company in 2007 i quit this company and applied for epf. after that they sent two epf cheques my hdfc bank.
epf officers did one fault instead of chandra kumar,b they have mentioned my name chandra shekar.b that why thees cheques are not credited my a\c, after that i personally visited epf office(hyd. barkathpur) and met epf commissioner he is refer to siddiue his mobile no 09985408229 i requested him i am from Bangalore its very par, i will not come again and again i have submitted all the documents bank statement bank letter everything after that he say its its our fault said amt is not credited to ur ac we will give stop payment request sbi and i will issue new cheques wit in fifteen days but already one half year over till i am not recived said amt daily i called him he is not given any respect to me recently 2 months ago he asked re authorized letter to be submit that also sent by speed post to him i have that acknowledgement so i request to u pls credited my said epf amount please do the needful other vise i will take further action i will ex late this issue to media epf no. ap/hyd/52346/88

So is it compulsary to go to my previous employer to fill the form-19 ? or i can fill the form myself and submit it in PF office.

PF form needs attestation by previous employer. Without this form won’t be accepted.

Sir, i was worked with M/S ELECTRONICS LTD, FARIDBAD (HARYANA) during 87 to 90 and the compaany was windup/closed . I applied for withdrawl of my pf on 28.11.2011 and after four months i got a letter from the department which was despatched on 21.02.2012with objection that my name is differ from their record and also requred some document which i send 21.03.2012 after that i had sent two reminders to the department on 7th may 2012 and 7th june 2012 , I had contact personallly on 15.07.2012 and met the concerned officials who told that you again apply for withdral and attest your form from some nationalise bank because we do not accept ICICI bank attestation

Sir, I am Jaydeep R. Amrania from Ahmedabad. I left my previous job in Dec. ’19. Since then, my pf application was lost for 3 times by my ex-employer (Azure Knowledge Corporation) HR Staff and again i submitted all docs with application for the 4th time in March ’12, but still after 3 months no response from the HR Manager and now he is not even responding to the calls & mails. You need to get withdrawal form attested by previous employer first and then it should be submitted to PF office where account was held.

If you had filed returns offline by visiting income tax office, then you should contact them only. Refunds for returns filed online may take upto a year.

I am himanshu tripathi, I have submitted my pf form on 20 aug 2012. But till today i have not found any check in my account.(a/c no.- 31398529983) and reg.with pf no.– 21371/4002. I went to pf office 3-4 times, 1st time when i went to PF office the offical person said that after some days you will found check in your a/c. but i have not found any check deposition in my account 2nd time when i went to PF office then they said that the check has been dispatched on 5 oct from Pf office. But till today i have not found any balance in my account.
After that I have contacted in pf office on nbr- (01128050759) they said that your balance has been reached in your account. I informed them that sir i have not found any balance in my account. I dont understand why this people are so much irresponsible and why keep chasing me like this, even i called on 01128050758,416 so many times but nobody respond to my calls .If they are not able to pick calls then why they are mentioning there offical numbers on websites. So finally after not getting any proper response and my PF amount not refunded ,i am requesting you to take immidiate action my mail regarding my PF amount. Else i will take another hard action against this irresponsible persons.
