EPF refund status

If they also do not listen, launch a complaint on this website: http://epfigms.gov.in/

EPFO (Employees Provident Fund Organization) is now moving to electronic payment system. PF refund amount will now be credited directly into member’s bank account through NEFT (National Electronic Find Transfer).

Currently department issues cheque and post it to member’s address, the process takes up to a month and leads to a large number of complaints. EPFO will also collect the mobile numbers of the members so that it could send SMS alerts informing about credit of the pension amount.

  1. I hav filled both the pf forms and given it in the institution for employer’ signature about 3 months back.. bt he has nt signed it yet.. and everytime they use to giv an excuse. Nd nw they are saying that some government officer use to come and sign a form thats why it is taking so much of time.. I dont knw wat to do.. kindly help me out in this.. I shall b obliged

    I have submitted a request to transfer PF account from old account to new through EPFO. And its been more than a month , the claim status is stuck at Payment under process. Can you please tell me how long does it take for the payment to be processed and credited into my account. Thanks in advance.

  5. i have applied for my epf in december 2014 at delhi south epf office and they rejected my epf form because of non attached Adhar card copy and i asked that there is no adhar card facilities in our Region like Assam ,manipur,shilong ,arnachal pradesh,and i mailed on this id [email protected],

  9. Sir, we have employed a security agency to provide security services to our society. The same agency was providing facility management & Garden Maintenance services. He has employed approx 100 employees.
    He was billing & we were paying providend fund against each employee. The agency was registered at Rohtak Haryana & so he was giving receipt of EPF office Rohtak. When employees aoproched EPF office Rohtak the numbers given were for some other employees. We made complaint against the agency & held his final payment . Now employees are asking there PF & agency is not responding. We made a complaint to PF office Rohtak but they are also not replying. How to get PF amount for all the emotes.

  10. I have received response from EPFO grievances as: Your PF amount
    has been settled and transferred on 21-3-2015 to my account
    through NEFT transfer.

    But I did not received in my amount till date (5-5-2015).

    Please suggest me what to be done in this situation.

    I have applied my pf amount at head office hyderabad in the month of january -2015.To complete processing settlement is done from march -2015. Today still I’ve not received my pf amount .pf no:-Ap/HYD/0013681 / 000 / 0048160. Splese provide my amount immediately.

    Would like to know if there are any standard timelines for withdrawl as per PF odficials.

    I have read a few articles which say that withdrawl is taking maximum 30 dyas and Labour Ministry is trying to reduce the same time period to 3 days. Please through some light on this. As per citizen charter ot EPFO website it is 30 days

    Highly appreciated the insight provided in the article.

      There are no standards being followed by PF departments.
      They are taking more than 2-3 months in some cases. Best way to get it done fast is to file RTI asking reason for delay.

    I filled both 10c and form 19 , and both are in approved status. But For 10 C is received amount and for 19 , I haven’t get any amount into my account. Could you please suggest what should be path forward for such case.

    I applied PF to hyd PF office through my office. My form received PF office on 13.05.15. I checked the status online on 27.05.15. It shows “Claim approved.payment is under process”. But till now the amount is not credited. When will I get. And howlong it will take for amount credit after claim approval.

    I applied for PF withdrawal on 05Jun2015. Pf account is GJ/AHD/0029807/000/0001835. Today I got 4 sms. 2 sms for form 19 and 2 sms for form 10c. One sms mentions claim rejected and the other mentions claim is under process. What does this mean? I am confused.

    I want to check the pension withdrawal status online .My employer says they have submitted the claim in feb and asked me to check in EPFO site but im unable to check as it is either service unable or when logged in with pension details -member not found .

  19. Form 19 approved and form 10 C has been rejected.
    The reason for the same is not available in the database.
    also when doing enquiry about the balance, it is giving account has been settled. why is it so ??
    And how to get the pf amount now ??
