EPF refund status

In case, you are not happy with status of your withdrawal/refund application, you may contact EPF office. You may find address/phone number on this link: http://www.epfindia.com/epfo_directory.htm

If they also do not listen, launch a complaint on this website: http://epfigms.gov.in/

EPFO (Employees Provident Fund Organization) is now moving to electronic payment system. PF refund amount will now be credited directly into member’s bank account through NEFT (National Electronic Find Transfer).

Currently department issues cheque and post it to member’s address, the process takes up to a month and leads to a large number of complaints. EPFO will also collect the mobile numbers of the members so that it could send SMS alerts informing about credit of the pension amount.

    have sent the provident fund form on dtd.23/12/2011 after filling all the details towards withdrawal of amount against A/C no. WB/PRB/14336/1526, to your office at Park Street , West Bengal, but not received any response from them.

    Kindly confirm me the status of the same.

  4. myself manohar shetty was working in HDB financial pvt ltd. and leaved the job on april 2011. i had fill the form for Provident form. my P F no. MH/BAN/49611/6626 I Had not received my PF amout.
    so pls do needful help

  8. Sir,

    I had resigned from Ramprashta Builder 7 Aug 1998 till date I have not received my PF. Many times I have submitted but every time they sending back my form with several reasons. My PF No. is DL 11717/11. Again I deposited with signed by Employer and Bank officer on 27/12/11. The reason they producing that employer not signed correctly. But when we go to Employer he told me that there was no mistake in my sign.

    I have applied pf withdrawal through IndusInd Bank ltd, in the month of February 2011, and the same was received by pf regional office, bandra, on 11.05.2011. Till now I have not received any information/confirmation in this regard.

    I have sent mails to [email protected], since october 2011, but there is no reply from them.

    I am about to complete 2 months that I have applied for PF and that time was told that in 45 Days I”ll get my PF but now no body answers at that number and since last 10 days I have been sending them Email but there is no Reply.

    I checked the status online then it says

  17. I am kiran Patel. I have resignation Company A . and transfer my total amount of Pf in Company B. But My pf are not transfer company B. All document submit in Pf office . I have following Status :- Claim Form 13 for transfer to new Account number Against old member account has been rejected. Rejection Letter is under dispatch/dispatched to address in your claim.
    But i have no received any letter from Pf Office .I am confuse so please send me a idea for above query.

  18. I worked with Pvt Ltd company . My EPF Account No. is MH/49917/46, I Left company on 8 th 0ct -2011, I already submitted all documents. But still I did not receive my PF amount. Please inform me where I can check my claim status. Please kindly do the needful.
